Budget Car Rental is located inside a large shopping mall. The service is described as terrific, quick, and pretty fast. However, finding the exact counter and the car drop-off location is tricky and complicated, with very little signage in the parking lot. The drop-off is on the third floor of the covered garage in the back of the mall, which is difficult to know, especially for one-way trips or if the car was not originally rented from there. More clear information and signs would make the return process smoother. Staff have been noted to help resolve issues.

Xafiye provided exceptional customer service and was very pleasant and accommodating. The vehicle was clean and a great ride. Although, not a fan of the kiosk situation with a single overworked staff member - Xafiye compensated for that inconvenience with her wonderful manner.
