That's my feedback about Avis Preferred experience I had a week ago. Very fast service, good agent, car exactly same as was booked. Like the car - clean and well maintained.

Smooth and easy rental process online and in airport. Our reserved car wasn't in the designated parking spot but the staff in the garage at Tampa Intl Airport upgraded us on the spot to a better vehicle (a Tahoe) and sent us on our way.

The lady att the counter extremely rude!! Then get a car that we can't even fit in... and back set wouldn't fold down... don't go here
