Experiences with service vary; some customers report always good and efficient service, with an accommodating wait area and amenities. A relocating customer was enormously satisfied and impressed, finding their service leaps and bounds ahead in preparation and effectiveness. While one reviewer noted a rough start was turned around into complete satisfaction by staff going the extra mile, others warn that service appointments, like for an oil change, can take an insanely long time, potentially half or even a full day.

The service was sort of good. The reason being I gold them what was in my budget and the finance guy somehow put me over budget, to his defense he did get me a lower interest rate than what my pre-approval interest rate. The post service is just as important as the pre purchase so far. I'm not impressed
