Hertz, Used Cars
Hertz Car Sales Tampa provides a friendly, no-pressure atmosphere for stress-free car shopping. The dealership offers a big selection of Hertz Certified used cars, trucks, EVs, and SUVs at incredible, no-haggle prices. The buying process is frequently described as transparent, easy, and hassle-free, with no dealership fees and a total price that matches the quote. Staff are noted for being accommodating, professional, and dedicated to customer satisfaction, offering great assistance throughout the purchasing process. They cater to first-time buyers and out-of-state customers, ensuring a smooth experience. The used cars are affordable and come with a powertrain warranty, with additional optional vehicle protection plans available. The dealership also accepts trade-ins and works with national lenders to help secure financing. However, experiences with vehicle condition can vary. While many customers are highly satisfied, some express concerns about the Certified Pre-owned inspection, reporting that certain basic maintenance items or wear issues were overlooked at the time of sale. The dealership offers a 12-month warranty, and overall, for many, the combination of a straightforward buying process, good customer service, and warranty coverage results in a good experience.
