My wife made the storage reservation and when we went to go access it for the first time, the store associate was a bit late from her lunch and then they only had 2 carts for the customers to use. Other than that I would give it 5 stars

Just had such a wonderful experience with RACHEL here at istorage. She was very knowledgeable , helpful and made everything very easy. The facility was also very well kept and maintained. I like the fact that there’s easy access. Rachel was very knowledgeable and efficient which made the whole process so much easier.
