“Erica from the Tampa office location fixed our issue of 3+ months in a matter of being on the phone for 31 minutes she was so amazing and kind and absolutely respectful, rectified the issue so easily after going through our bank statement on what they took out and the last supervisor screwed us over on and blamed us for we were ready to cancel our spectrum internet right then on December 23 made a payment of 120 dollars and wanted 93 dollars for this month 2 weeks before our bill is due when our bill shouldve only been 60 but Erica was amazing and fixed everything for us.

“I’ll start by saying I was about ready to leave Verizon after being with them for 25 years or so. Then my husband received a call from a very nice young woman named Mia asking if we had gotten everything figured out with opening our new business account. She told him to come in and she would get it all straightened out. I went in and Mia and Jeff were excellent and in 55 min handled everything that’s taken us months and hours of phone calls that no one else could figure out. Mia and Jeff are rockstars and are the best there by far!! If you need anything go see them!”

“Their service is definitely better than satellite internet, but their speeds are not consistent. The speed I currently pay for I think I might have had for 2 days in a row then the next day the average speed was slower, then good again, then bad again. It's very up and down. I pay for a certain speed and I have never gone a week where I actually had that speed everyday......this is according to my Google wifi system at home. BUT if you live out in the country this is the best option out there.”
“Set up the appointment to replace a modem that was fried in a lighting storm. Got there, checked in and I'd say within 15 mins I was at the desk exchanging for a new one. Easy in and easy out.
The store itself was set up nicely with various products on display. It was clean and neat.”
“After one week of service, I am very happy with Frontier internet. The price is much lower than the competition. Installation was easy and they threw in extras like a free modem and mesh router system. Internet speed is modesty better than the competition and there have been no outages. Also, there are no download volume limits and I expect to receive a $200 gift card soon.”

I found out they used my connection port to install someone else's cable. The tech that came out truck # 223021 was super.
