The owner and employees were outstanding, available anytime customers had questions, even late at night. Customers appreciated the first-class service and were encouraged to rent from Journey RV. Customers who rented the Jayco Entegra Class A for a week really loved the quality of the RV and the service, finding the experience very easy and stress-free. The team was responsive, understanding, and took the time to ensure customers were set up for a great experience. Despite a small issue with the fridge, customers were overall very satisfied with the customer service and communication, and would recommend renting from Journey USA RV Rentals.
Couldn’t be happier with the customer service, the RV, and the whole experience. Made some amazing family memories that are sure to last a lifetime. Thank you Journey USA! We will be back!
