“Suitsupply almost turned into the typical suit store experience. Inattentive employees, customer service was subpar, management even seemed to be lacking customer service skills. Right before turning to my wife and leaving, Pierce came up and introduced himself and assisted me, I was envisioning a custom suit for my wedding that stood out and was above the rest, he helped me put together my own custom suit and paint the picture I imagined for myself. Pierce’s customer service skills and personality made my experience really valuable. Spending custom suit money shouldn’t lack the customer centric approach and he embodies that. Thank you Pierce.”

Priced a little higher, however, the quality and time saved in going through merchandise worth it! They buy clothes!!! Take your donations there and they go through it for you and buy what they think will sell and donate the rest to charities. Love this place!”

“We have done business with Salem and S.T. Menswear for ten years now. Each time was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The personal attention received the moment you walk in the door is like no other. Salem knows with one glance exactly how to dress you from style to fit. The selection is always tremendous but don't worry, Salem helps you narrow it down very quickly. Then off to the sewing room for trailering. He will tweak the suit until it looks like it was custom made for you while always leave a little room for growth in any direction. ? You with believe the fit when you return to try it on an take it home. You'll feel like a million bucks and get compliments all night. You'll usually get 3 pieces for what you pay for two at any other store and the quality far surpasses. Just check out my photos of the last three suits. The most recent blue suit is being tailored now and not yet finished, but you'll get the idea.”
“Nice place, took my son there to purchase something for his birthday. Sales associate who worked with us was very nice , helpful and helped me stay within budget. Prices vary but you can find many things that are reasonably priced for urban wear. They also have a ladies store next door that had some pieces my daughter really liked.”
“I went in here for the first time today 8/1/25 about an hour before closing to get a full outfit for an interview on Monday. Unfortunately I don't remember the guy's name who helped me out in the store, but I do remember he said that he came over from another store. Well I did not know what sizes I needed but my guy got all my measurements and also had recommendations on fit and styling, this guy really knew his shit! He had me try on several things to really nail the perfect fit and I think this is probably the most put together I've ever looked! I got a dress shirt, dress pants, tie, and a belt, and since he figured out my perfect fit I ended up buying four other shirts. As a man, I've never really been clothes shopping where a professional has helped me and showed me things, it was awesome! I'm definitely going back next time I need any more clothes! And you should promote that guy and give him a raise, no joke.”

“Went in today to order a custom shirt. I unfortunately didn’t get the woman’s name, but the women who helped me and my friend was amazing. She let us try on different sizes, finding swatches in store so we can see them in person, and went into the back to look for other items when we asked if there were multiple necklaces. She helped us match different styles and fabrics that would look well together. Highly recommend visiting!”

“Important to mention Karen at this store. She was 5 STAR amazing - arrived in FL from northeast, realized I hadn't packed warm pants for the cold the spell. I called the store, explained my dilemma, Karen pulled a few things for me so when we arrived in Tampa, I could walk in and try on. She looked up my prior purchases, and i was amazed at her care. She even sent a HANDWRITTEN TY note via good 'ol snail mail - so thoughtful. I've been shopping in a NJ location for a couple of years - never received a note.
