What great strides the current management staff are taking with on the spot additional services regarding pest control ie GNATS. This is a big problem generally twice a year but can be increased at moments notice if tenants are not doing their psrt in removing garbage remenants etc. Management is always when you least expect...

The leasing manager Briana and the rest of the office staff are friendly and quick to respond if you have any issues or questions. Carlos and the rest of the maintenance team are the same. Living downtown for the first time I feel safe here and have wonderful neighbors.
