Plato's Closet is a popular secondhand clothing store that buys and sells trendy, gently used, name-brand clothing, shoes, and accessories for teens and young adults. The store offers customers the opportunity to sell their current items for on-the-spot payment, and shoppers can save up to 70% off mall prices on the amazing selection. While the store generally receives positive reviews, some customers have expressed frustration with long wait times and the staff's attention to detail when processing clothing donations. Some customers felt the staff was more focused on their own conversations than efficiently examining and sorting through the donated items. Additionally, some customers were disappointed that the store did not purchase certain items they had brought in, even though the store had advertised a need for those types of items. Despite these occasional issues, the majority of reviews praise Plato's Closet for its great service, friendly staff, and well-organized store. Customers appreciate the wide variety of trendy, gently used items available and often find themselves returning to the store whenever they are in the area.
They are always nice , even when it’s crazy busy but greeted with a smile and ending with a smile is awesome and nice to see the younger ones having manners too. Don’t change🥰

The staff acted very inconvenienced by anything that was being asked of them. This is unacceptable work ethic and off putting as a customer, having to witness these teens not want to do their job.

My daughter enjoys shopping here. Prices are ok but often inconsistent. I feel like there are very few modest options for tops which is disappointing since my daughter doesn’t like crop tops or deep v's. But they do usually have at least a piece or two that fits her needs.
