“First time going there today. Didn’t know exactly what it was by the name, but then as we got closer to the store, we saw it was like a thrift shop. We were intrigued and figured why not? The store is AMAZING! So much clothes, and shoes. The quality is like brand new. I could have spent my entire bank account in there, but my Husband got a very nice green and orange button down shirt from Ralph Lauren for $17. I got a pair of Aeropostale shorts for $11.99. You cannot beat the prices. The place is amazing. We live about a half hour away, but I’m totally going back there!”

“Ash is the best person to do any kind of business. I had him make a custom tuxedo jacket, made to measure and everything. I had a feeling he'd do well but in the end, it's the best jacket I own. I have Zegna, Valentino, Burberry, Brooks Brothers and many many high end suits. This is beyond those. Barberis fabric from Italy, custom lining evoking local Tampa traditions, and every detail painstakingly tended to-- all made kindly and locally in Tampa by a native Floridian. The service and interactions are thoughtful, genuine, and exceptional. The pricing is beyond reasonable given the sheer quality that rivals anything out of Italy or England. Dude is an artist and reaffirms why we should live local, shop local and buy local. 100/10 recommend.”

“We arrived with 37 ladies on a day thrifting trip in the area. They were so accommodating to us and had an incredible items on sale. Everybody walked away with a treasure as we entered back on the bus we showed all of our beautiful things that we got from the store. The owner was delightful. It is a very nice sized clean store with Incredible items. The shoes purses and clothes are just nothing but top of the line. I highly recommend this place make sure it's a stop for you.”

“TL;DR Walked out with more inspiration and ideas than items. Super neat boutique with tons of vintage and unique items and a designer aesthetic. I was able to find a few affordable things but it was a bit on the pricier side of things. Like a cotton throw blanket that was $40 or a table lamp I believe was $190? Or $175? I combed the place and ended up walking out with a unique vintage lamp for $65 (couldn't keep the bulb) and a Boy Scout canvas backpack for $20. If I could've afforded more I would've gotten a few of the furniture pieces that my soul aches for still. But, alas, I'm just a broke lass. The woman working was very friendly and hospitable and able to assist me with any questions I had about any of the pieces and I appreciated her checking in on me occasionally to make sure I was all good. I plan to check out the other shops next door next time I'm in the area :) And, if I come into some cash I definitely would like to snag a few pieces before they're sold to someone else.”

“Was walking around for an hour and a half waiting for the women who was stocking to take some speakers out of the stocking bin and put them on the shelf, they have a strict policy on getting anything before it goes on the shelf, after all that waiting some guy just walks up and grabs the speakers out of the bin anyway, at that point I put everything I picked out back and just left. Really bummed out. The no-grab policy only stops decent people from getting the newest arrivals”

“avalon exchange has got to be one of the most worth-it stores to sell your items to! they give honest and fair opportunities to make money or even better - store credit! i’ve been cleaning out my closet with them for the past week or so and they have been even kind enough to say they love my clothes ❤ not to mention their selection is beyond phenomenal! i love how they don’t take flimsy brands like shein / forever21 etc. which makes their selection so unique and you are genuinely guaranteed to leave with a piece you’ll love. i’m addicted to this store, and if the owners of the franchise read this please please PLEASE open a store in st. pete/pinellas county area! i love your tampa store but the drive can be hefty (but worth it). plus the customer pool is just as much if not better than hillsboro county”
