This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. I was staying at a nearby hotel and needed to make a cash deposit so I walked over here because it was the closest location. Never been before but the teller was extremely nice and I was in and out very quickly. Super pleasant transaction and I’d be happy to come here again.

I’ve been having trouble with atm limits and Farida finally took the time to go the extra mile and call people until it was fixed. I get a little anxious when it comes to my money but she went above and beyond to help me. Thank you

Management should pay attention. The teller line needs training - they seem inconvenienced by the occasional customer (there aren’t many customers). Thank you and you’re welcome are not in their vocabulary.
