I have made many donations and purchases here, even though I drive almost 2 hours round trip. I really appreciate the employees are all volunteers, leaving more money for rescue groups. “I always liked this thrift store. I’ve been going there for many many years and go two or three times a week. I have never had an issue there until yesterday. I always carry the same bag which is a tactical . Happiness bag sort of like a book bag. I was told I had to turn my book bag in to the front desk and I refused my wallet. My keys is my personal items and it is a tactical bag which means my gun is in there. No, I was not going to leave it at the front desk. I fully understand if they want people to turn their book bags in my bag was small. I am 72 years old and another month and this really upset me. I could understand you know homeless people which I have nothing against homeless people I do have a lot of them and drug addicts and I feel for them because it’s a sickness but when you go two or three times a week for many many many years, that’s another story I’m just about tempted never to go there again if I have another issue, I won’t be going back. I am changing my review from a 5 to a 3 I also donate a lot of things to that thrift store”

“The selection is not on a large scale. Mostly clothes. They seem to have nice furniture, clothes are reasonably priced and appear clean. Not much for decor. Staff has always been friendly. Store is clean. Parking is in lot across alley way. Nice quick stop. It's nice to drop off gently used/unwanted items for donations.”

“Was walking around for an hour and a half waiting for the women who was stocking to take some speakers out of the stocking bin and put them on the shelf, they have a strict policy on getting anything before it goes on the shelf, after all that waiting some guy just walks up and grabs the speakers out of the bin anyway, at that point I put everything I picked out back and just left. Really bummed out. The no-grab policy only stops decent people from getting the newest arrivals”

“This is my favorite thrift store in the Tampa Bay Area. I love it for many reasons, but the first is the staff. The ladies who work here are genuinely a joy to be around. They go above and beyond to ensure that you find what you’re looking for, my daughters have been helped, on more than one occasion, find a specific item that they needed, with courtesy and patience. Sunshine is the perfect name for this place, because so many of the ladies here exemplify that brightness in their interactions. I’ve enjoyed coming here and getting to know several of them over the last 2 years. My girls always make a point to say hello to Catherine, Jessica, and Sita whenever we go. The staff is the BEST part of this store.
Also, the store is great. It’s not huge, but they have a good selection of quality clothing and housewares. Plenty of fitting rooms. Weekly deals with 2 colors. Sometimes they bring out the $1 rack. All in all I highly recommend.”

“Wow! The best salvation army I've ever been to! Great and reasonable prices, way better than my local thrift stores. Lots of merchandise. I was there for over an hour at least. I also happened to be there on Memorial day so everything was 50% off. I also saw signs for other sales that they do during a normal week. Very organized and clean, making it easy to find my way around the store. Employees were very kind.”

The ladies were not so nice as they walked around shouting repeatedly and sternly that they were closing soon. It was a bit intimidating and unexpected around 5:30 on a Saturday. But otherwise! Love this place!”
“I've had great luck here multiple times, especially with their funky button up tops for dudes. I've also snagged a sick custom pair of area 51 converse chuck 70's for $25, never worn! Prices are fair and styles range from plain to eccentric, staff are always helpful. Definitely worth a stop for anyone wanting to refresh their wardrobe”

“Nice that they help it's a blessing, I got up early in the morning and I'm pregnant I had my other baby ? with me I was out there for hours and hours a lady knew I was out there need help with rent. Every body been looking care of I have faith and patience because somebody else would have lelf if it was them.. 8am to 330pm I was there out side waiting the lady act like she didn't even wanna help me ? I kept faith I still stay in the heat my son was hot he was 7 months this nice lady came to door and ask me have I been help I said no the lady know I been out here 4 hours with me son she don't wanna help everyone been helped.other lady said I didn't know that u was still out here I said to to her yes u did cause u talk to me and said I could not get no help when I knew I could when I 1 came she ask me what I need help with how much I said 800.00 she said to much and I can't get help I never been there but God turn it around when the other lady told me come in on my paper I put 500.00 because of what the other lady told me that didn't wanna help me that day check of 500.00 now what I don't get is other ppl got help fast and 800.00 plus they lights paid too at the same time but the lady told me they help with only one thing I was like ok...I'm a low income person not on housing I do have a month and 2 weeks to I have my other son . I just wanna say I'm still thankful for what help I got but I did feel unhelped”

“Well located on the main thoroughfare...plenty of parking spaces in front of the store ..Inside Facility there is a large inventory of clothing for all ages...also has many many articles of household items-articles on shelves...Bought 5 prs of men's summer short pants in my size...pricing on items was reasonable..Staff was available to help-answer customer questions, remarks and with items they intend to purchase.
The entire session at this facility was a pleasant experience.”
