“This was my first experience at this location and it all went really well. I went to get a valve stem replaced in one of my tires. Unfortunately, I had to get the sensor attached to it replaced as well due to damage, but that wasn't their fault. They replaced it in a reasonable amount of time and the customer service was wonderful. Overall, a great experience.”
“I was able to have my tires replaced the same day after a special order. I was also notified of an oil change while my car was in and I also received a list of potential issues I may need to look at while (free diagnostics). Excellent customer service!”

I thought I had written a review prior, but I needed to come on here and say p&m has integrity. I have been here before as my significant other and their family recommended.. As someone who has no idea about cars, it’s intimidating going to a mechanic. Always scared if they are being honest and P&M has been nothing but more than honest and helpful. From fitting me in when they are booked, so they can at least look at it so I can have an answer. They go above and beyond. If I ever move out of the Brandon area, I will still call p&m first!”
“Foster’s going above and beyond for me once again. I have a 2001 Ford F350 that was pulling to the right and shaking hard when I reached 40 mph. Ended up having to replace a front tire for a great price that I wouldn’t received elsewhere. Also got my windshield wiper motor switched out for next to nothing. “Took my car in for the first time the other day. I went in for an oil change, but I noticed that it was leaking oil. They looked at it promptly and they told me all It was was a loose oil filter and they fixed it. Nice to find a company that is honest. I'll be coming back a long time customer.. “Mike was very honest with me! Originally I thought I had a rear differential issue. But Mike took the proper time and testing to tell me that it was in fact NOT my rear differential and recommended I get a transmission flush. I realized my car was actually due for this service at the mileage it was at and agreed to the transmission flush. My car is quieter, shifts smoother and makes me happy again! Thank you Mike and the team so much, for being HONEST and not taking my $ for a job when you did not need to. Rare these days to experience an honest shop. So I truly appreciate Mike and his crew. Started at another tire shop where I was told they could not remove my tire because the locking nut was damaged. I went to the Volvo dealership to get a new set for a minimum of $50, they validated that the locking nut still worked. So I came here to this shop to see if I could get it repaired, and they confirmed that they could repair it and did it for me for free!”

After calling to ask if he could take a look at a car I was possibly going to purchase for my son he kindly agreed to do so. He gave a thorough inspection and honest opinion and advised. “I don't want to make the mistake of posting the wrong names but would like to give praise to the Manager and Assistant Manager of this location, the morning before Milton I had went into a crazed and busy shop and had ordered a set of tires online the week previous, now mind you my appointment was not that morning it was booked for later in the week, zero help but the 2 of them worked their tails off helping not only me but every other that pulled into the parking lot .
Tons of patience was given to all of us and to be as honest as I can they had no business even being open that morning, they both should have been home tending to their own homes and loved ones, both sweet and kind the lady and her Assistant both were knee deep in phone calls and walk ins doing everything they could to help as many as they could.
I had every intention on leaving a review here shortly after the madness of the back to back storms but have just been overwhelmed, you have wonderful people that care about what they do and helping the community.
That day wasn't my first great experience there I had one pervious with a large ramp truck 2 years prior the week of Thanksgiving where a busy shop out in the back parking lot was able to change all the tires on it also on short notice and busier than normal circumstances.
Thank you, you all make a difference , we needed to evacuate and was on our spare with another bad tire on the front! My family made it safe”

I got a flat tire on the interstate and had to be towed, went to Callaghan Tire, was immediately addressed and taken care of by the most polite staff ever, they were actually concerned about my safety and my vehicle. Refreshing! They not only had me in and out of there in 32 minutes with a brand new balance tire on my truck, but they told me about their amazing roadside service and do not call AAA next time call them directly and they will come straight to you and change the tire on the spot! Where the hell else are you going to find that today! This Crew is amazing and could not have been more polite! God bless you you have my business forever”
