U-Haul has everything for a local or long-distance move including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks and self-storage. The staff are nice and super kind, very courteous and professional. The front office is nice but not always present. The pick up process is sketchy when it is raining, but helpful staff make the process easy, quick and efficient. The truck received was clean and the return service was quick and easy. Great staff went above normal job requirements, even when closing in less then ten minutes they chose to allow us in the doors. The place is very VeryVeryVeryScary, with no ceiling in the unit and no one available to help.
The U-Haul facility on N. Florida Ave in Tampa is top notch. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The units and grounds are clean, secure, and well maintained.
