“I had such an incredible experience at this Verizon location thanks to Reese and the entire team. Although the issue I was dealing with came from a different store, Reese went above and beyond to try and help me untangle a complicated and frustrating situation.
He spent a couple of hours with me—patiently, thoroughly, and kindly—trying everything he could to get things sorted out. Even though it wasn’t their sale or mistake, he still treated me with the utmost professionalism and care, and ultimately pointed me in the right direction.

“I recommend this location over the one on bearss and Dale Mabry any day one of my cable boxes broke when I had to swap it out I was in and out in 5 minutes the last time I had a box break I went to Bears and Dale maybe we were there for almost 2 hours it's worth driving to the one in Westchase.”

“Yesterday, we were out on the boat. Unfortunately, my phone was dropped in the ocean (bye-bye). We went to Spectrum to switch service from T-Mobile, since I was forced to by a new phone (iPhone 15 Pro Max). T-Mobile was not easy to work with (how many times must I tell them "my phone is at the bottom of the ocean) in porting over my number. Stephanie Kahn was absolutely amazing - kind, patient, informative, and went above and beyond to make the transition easier. Therefore we walked out with two phones instead of one.
