“Aaron’s on Adamo in Tampa is clutch when you’re in a pinch and don’t have access to a truck. The delivery service makes everything easy and stress-free. But the real reason for this review is Armando. The guy is strong as an ox, friendly, professional, and super helpful. He delivered and installed my washer today and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Great attitude, great energy, and handled everything like a pro. If you go to this location, ask for Armando. He’s the real deal and made this a 5-star experience.”

“There are not enough superlative's to convey our family's heartfelt thanks and appreciation for Rosita Robles, and her outstanding fellow team mates of Famous Tate's Appliances (Lutz location). Unquestionably, they exceeded our expectations in every way -- from the warm greeting we received, through Rosita's professional review of various washer and dryer options and their swift delivery and installation. MOST IMPORTANTLY, after we began to experience operational issues with our washer, Rosita led the way in exploring options for us - to have the washer repaired, exchanged, and replaced with another system. As a direct result of Rosita's proactive efforts and her personal commitment to stand behind FAMOUS TATE'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT EXCELLENCE STANDARD, we received our new washer and dryer system, yesterday! Absolutely AWESOME and AMAZING! We look forward to sharing our TRULY GOOD NEWS with our many family and friends! 10+ STARS!! God bless you, thank you, Rosita and the entire, outstanding, Famous Tate's Family! We will DEFINITELY be loyal customers for many years to come!!!”

“Decided to brave fixing my dryer myself. These folks had all the parts I needed and were helpful and friendly every step of the way.My only complaint is that they don't seem to be reachable directly -- when you call their number you get the national hotline. Not too much of a problem, but a little inconvenient.”

“After years of putting off getting replacement slats for my King Bed, I finally made time to go to Home Depot on Florida Ave. on 10/16/23. So, we walked over to a couple Staff that worked inside the store and asked where we could get a few Wood Slats cut down to size and was told which area to go to. Upon hearing this another Staff member offered to help us right away do that we didn't have to wait too long. Luckily,I had brought a Bed Slat from home to measure it against the New ones I had planned on purchasing. So, this very nice man expertly cut down the new slats I needed perfectly and even supplied us with a cart to transport the New Slats on. I am so happy that I went to Hone Depot First instead of a furniture store or I would have probably been subjected to buy a whole New Bed Frame or whole Pairs of Slats when I only need about 4-5.”
