“Today would have been horrible day without the help of Ashley. I had bought some windshield wipers for my car, but one employee was struggling to install it, so Ashley came out and assisted and determined that my car was a special case that needed a particular windshield wiper. She explained the process and even helped me buy a particular AC freon can for my other car. If I ever start a company one day and need employees, I would absolutely try to poach her for my company! 10/10!!!”

“So being the proud owner of a new 2024 Golf R I decided to try a new tuner shop in UroTuning. Unsure as to what I needed for this new vehicle since I was coming from a 2017 R which was damaged in the storms, I had no idea to what I needed to extract the same performance from this new car from what I had with my tuned 2017 R. I contacted Geoff and we slowly started working thru my goals and what expectations were. He was very knowledgeable with all levels of tuning options as well as what my expectations should be considering it’s a 2024 and certain tunes were available. We worked thru certain options and products and developed a plan for various modifications that met my ideas as well as my price points. Geoff also referred me to a great installer in Jose and after (so far) two levels of mods I am quite happy with my choice of UroTuning as well as Geoff in his knowledge as well with Jose with his installations. Definitely would recommend UroTuning especially Geoff as a salesperson and Jose and his shop for an install!”

“My BMW 740i needed some bumper refinishing. I brought my car over to T&K Auto Collision and was greeted by the owner, Jesus. He assessed the work needed to be done and explained everything to me in a calm, polite and respectful manner. I could see that he was detail oriented as well as confident about the repair work. He assured me that he would do his best and gave me a very fair estimate so I decided to have him do the repair work. He completed the work in a timely manner. When I came to pick up the car, I was very impressed with the refinishing. He did a wonderful job and the bumpers looked like new! Jesus is very talented, enjoys what he does and it shows! “Amazing place amazing people, from the start the receptionist Kelsey/Chelsea was very knowledgeable in all the products and super patient, setting up an appointment was easy and she let me know the price out the door beforehand. On appt day Andy was on time (my appt was early in the morning) and really friendly, I felt my truck was in great hands. Took the morning and afternoon to finish the bed liner, not knowing what to expect when I came back it looked amazing compared to the bare metal. One note - if you don't plan on adding a bed cover I'd ask them to paint over the drain plugs, I didn't request this as I knew I wanted a bed cover, but if you don't the plugs don't sit as neatly as they did before, but there are a bunch of options online to fix that, 10/10 will definitely come back.”

“Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. Would recommend to anyone who needed similar work done!

“After accidentally hitting my car on a concrete garage pillar downtown, my car got banged up! I was feeling so disappointed in myself for being so careless!! I called my insurance to see if I could take it to the closest collision center and the one I was sent to was the location on N. Florida Ave. The staff in there turned my whole day around! The girl at the front desk was sooo helpful and sweet, she offered me water, coffee and popcorn while I waited. I really wasn’t expecting that at all! There was another girl named Ashlee that helped me too and was also so sweet, they really know how to treat customers great especially since people are obviously there from having some kind of situation occur so the sensitivity towards our feelings really matters! My car was there for a little over a week, the shop texted me with every update, when I finally got my car back it looked like new!!! Best experience!”
