“Celina was an absolute God send. I got into a pretty bad accident where Celina jumped in immediately to help me and walk me through the whole process. She was upfront about what to expect every step of the way. Unfortunately my car ended up being a total loss, but even then she didn’t just leave me hanging. She pointed me to the right people who could help me understand the total loss process and what my next steps were. She also helped me with the rental situation and let me know I could get a discounted rate through Enterprise, which saved me a headache during an already stressful time. Communication was clear and prompt the entire way through. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and that’s rare these days. If you ever find yourself in a situation like mine, ask for Celina. 10/10.”

“Honest, helpful, caring, and professional........everything you want from someone working on your car. T & K did an outstanding job repairing my 2012 Toyota Prius. From start to finish, they went above and beyond what I expected, not only with the quality of the repair but also in how they handled everything with the insurance company. Their communication was fantastic and they kept me informed throughout the process. (How many companies have you already called and gotten a recording? Not once with D & K!) They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with and clearly cared about getting the job done right. I would recommend D & K Auto Collision to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and genuinely exceptional service. Thank you T & K.”

“It was raining hard in Frisco (Brandon) when I brought the ‘16 Tahoe in for an estimate. After waiting for the rain to stop, it became clear it wasn’t going to stop. Tyson used a piece of corrugated as an umbrella to look at the hood in a rain storm. The Tahoe needed the hood repainted & several small dents removed. Tyson gave me a fair estimate which included taking the hood down to metal, resealing, repainting & clear coat - then blending into the fenders. Although the weather could have significantly delayed the delivery, the Custom Classics team was able to deliver the finished product (abet in the rain) a couple days before it was promised. Brian, the front office guy, not to be outdone by Tyson, walked with me in the pouring rain to get the vehicle. Once home, I was better able to visually inspect the job. The hood & fenders looked outstanding. Nice work guys!”

“Thank you so much for waiting an extra 5 minutes as my husband and I drove frantically to make it there before 5 for the alternator. Not many businesses will do that and I am so very happy you did. Price was great and part was pristine!!”

“Contacted this company on Wednesday of last week after searching online for a drop in Bedliner for my Ram 1500 - they not only had it shipped to the store and ready for pickup two days later, on Friday morning, but the cost of it was lower than I possibly expected. Looking forward to using this team again for all my truck needs!”

“I can’t recommend this shop enough. They are always honest and have great pricing, which is so hard to find these days. I recently took my car to the dealership for a simple oil change and was told I had a long list of issues totaling over $3,000. I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to David instead—and turns out, none of that work was actually needed. I ended up spending about $600 on things that actually needed attention, and my car is running perfectly. This isn’t the first time either. On a previous visit, the dealership tried to charge me $4,000 for cables they said squirrels had damaged. I brought it here, and David fixed the problem for just $250—no issues since. If you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic who won’t upsell you or take advantage, this is 100% the place to go.”

“Just left there and got some auto body work done. It was something that carsmetics was going to charge me almost $900 for and I don’t even want to tell you what the shop charged me, but let’s say it was Next to nothing. They knew exactly what I wanted, which was just to get the dent out of my car. I didn’t want to mess with the paint at all. The three people that I encountered at the shop were very welcoming and friendly. If I ever need to get body work done again I would definitely go back here and I highly recommend you to come here and try them out as well.”

“I have been going here for a couple of years they are very up front and honest, they never try to sell you on repairs you don’t need. There’s a lot of shady mechanics out there but these guys have always been very honest with me. There’s price for oil change is a little bit more expensive then some of those drive through oils change places but I don’t mind supporting a local shop. It’s about $20”

“These guys are awesome! I stopped in on a whim to see if they had a wheel for my car. They didn’t, but the proceeded to ask me the year and size for my car, searched it online, and then invited me behind the counter to look at the local places that had it. I ended up getting the wheel somewhere else, but wouldn’t have found it without their help! These are the type of folks you want to deal with! I’ll check with them first for anything I need in the future. Many thanks, Roverland!!”

“These guys took care of me professionally and very quickly. I had a bizarre dent in my door jam caused by shutting the door (probably slamming it) onto my seatbelt, causing the door to no longer indicate shut. It dented in just the right place so that the sensor was no longer activated by what I call the strike plate. Minor auto damage had me back up and running in under a day and at 1/3 the price as another shop I had checked out. In the interest of full disclosure- this particular dent didn’t need to be aesthetically perfect after repair and I made that clear when I dropped it off- and it’s not- it just needed to work again.”

“I had a spray-in bed liner done on September 14 on my Ford F-150. I called Next Level Customs because I planned to go through the dealership and Next Level is who they referred me to. Spoke to Julia on the phone who was honest and thorough with me. I was a little late for my 8am appointment (because of Monday morning traffic) and got there around 8:25am. I called to let them know I was going to be late and spoke to Joe who reassured me they would still be able to get me in when I arrived. I ended up getting out shortly after 11am. While I was there, I spoke to Derek (about different bed covers and running boards that I also plan on getting for my truck in the future) who was extremely knowledgeable and also worked on my bed liner. Overall- I was incredibly happy with my bed liner and the service I received before/during my visit. I plan on returning for my bed cover and my running boards in the near future and would recommend them to anyone who wants to get some work done on their vehicle.”

“I contacted Courtesy Collision to repair my vehicle after hours on a Friday and Warren Stephens contacted me the next day to walk me through the process of getting the vehicle to them. They immediately inspected the vehicle and provided an estimate to repair it. The repair was completed in two weeks, and it looks fantastic. Warren kept me updated the whole time, answered all my questions, and made the process very easy and stress free. After my experience, I would definitely recommend Courtesy Collision and Warren Stephens.”

“We had an excellent experience with MAACO! Our vehicle had been damaged, and the team did an amazing job with the repairs. When we got it back, it looked brand new again. The quality of the work and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Jeremy Periera, who helped us throughout the entire process. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and made everything easy from start to finish. He kept us informed and made sure we were completely satisfied with the finished product. We couldn’t be happier with how our vehicle turned out. If you need bodywork or paint repairs, I highly recommend MAACO and definitely ask for Jeremy.”
