“Celina was an absolute God send. I got into a pretty bad accident where Celina jumped in immediately to help me and walk me through the whole process. She was upfront about what to expect every step of the way. Unfortunately my car ended up being a total loss, but even then she didn’t just leave me hanging. She pointed me to the right people who could help me understand the total loss process and what my next steps were. She also helped me with the rental situation and let me know I could get a discounted rate through Enterprise, which saved me a headache during an already stressful time. Communication was clear and prompt the entire way through. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and that’s rare these days. Brian and the owner, Tyson, were very thorough in determining what repairs needed to be done on my car. They explained all the work they would be performing. There was more damage to my car than first quoted, but Brian communicated with me and explained what needed to be completed. They even kept the damaged parts to show me why repairs were necessary.
There were numerous cosmetic damage repairs on my car. They only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and all mechanical work was done by a certified Mercedes technician. My car looked brand new when I picked it up 2 weeks later.
Custom Classics Collision doesn’t cut corners and does high quality work. This is the second time we have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.”

Don't waste your time with those great internet deals and fake reviews Hutcherson knows how to rebuild and it will save you in both time and money. By the way the price for the rebuild was what I was paying for a knock-off brand from the large online retailer who ships in a day.”

“Gerber did a fantastic job repairing a dent in the roof, major cracks in the windshield, and a dent in the hood following a large tree branch that fell on my car. Insurance paid most of the bill, and now my car looks like it was new. There was a slight delay with the windshield, as the first windshield Honda sent was cracked. Gerber kept me informed throughout the process and everything was repaired in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy with the results.”

Claudio told me which wipers I would need for my car, showed me the options with a pros and cons explanation for each option, and helped me do the install. One of my old wipers was stuck, and Zoey went out of her way without being asked by Claudio or I and helped remove it. Fantastic service from both employees!”
