I've brought two Samsung Galaxy Z Flip phones here to have the screen protector replaced and they've done a stellar job each time.
With each Z Flip phone, after about six months or so the phone's factory-installed screen protector inevitably pulls away from the crease in the center, making it impossible to read what is on the phone screen under the crease. This happened four times over two years on the Flip3, and has now happened twice in the past year on the Flip5.
Until Samsung fixes this issue, I will continue to bring it to this store: they make my phone look brand new each and every time. And today's repair was done in just 10 minutes. You guys rock- Thank you!”
