I came yesterday to drop off the watch I am sending to my son for his birthday. I had already paid for the UPS label and had it affixed to my box. But I realized as I was handing the box to Paula that I had not taken a picture of the watch, not did I have a receipt of my purchase of the watch in case my box got lost. Paula very carefully undid the tape on my shipping box to open it, then took extra care using an exacto knife to undo the tape holding together the wrapping paper on the gift inside. Once I'd taken pictures of the watch, she just as carefully rewrapped the watch for me. I was so thankful!! That truly was EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you so very much!”

“Had to replace a printer and went to Office Depot first since they were closer. I had just replaced the $150 ink cartridges before I realized the printer was no good. OD would sell me a printer but I was SOL on getting a credit on the cartridges. I went to my old Staples and Tonya said they would not only give a credit for the cartridges but would match the price on the printer. I even got a Rewards credit for recycling my old printer. This is why etail only will not replace brick and mortar, true customer service.”

“Went in to drop off an Amazon return, two small boxes same item under one return slip. I was told can’t ship it this way as the items are “separated”. I asked could I just tape the two boxes together and call it good? Answer Yes that would work so I pointed to rolls of packing tape the store regularly used and asked if I could use their tape to put around the boxes. No our tape is not strong enough but you can buy a box from us? I said What? Are you just trying to get me to buy something from you? No reply. I shook my head and said this is wrong. The man STEVE who works there is a complete jerk and on top of it incompetent takes forever to do a transaction very pokey.
Returned with boxes taped up and they took the Amazon return. Shut the front door!!
If you can go somewhere else with your business please do. I’m avoiding this store and will Not give them any more business.

It seems this store has new owners and new employees who are very efficient, very quick and get the job done no questions asked no bellyaching. The young guys working there are awesome and make it so easy to make Amazon returns. Highly recommend them now!!”
