“I was in a bind as my cell phone battery was about to die so my screen went dark and couldn't be scanned. Selene helped me out and let me borrow a charger to get enough juice to scan. I also had to change location on my return ticket (somehow it was for Kohls) and Selene let me continue to charge while I got that squared away. She was patient and friendly and that is just what I needed to get through my day! Thanks so much.”
