“Just came to Fleet Feet after an awful experience at Fit2Run. What a difference! I feel like they did so much to help me understand my feet and what is best for them. It was quick, easy and I was out with a perfect pair of shoes for my needs. The staff was super warm and kind and very patient with my 2 kids. They even took them over and scanned their feet to keep them busy! The gentleman that did the scan on them told us that my son probably should see a podiatrist to get insoles. I would have never known that! We will definitely be customers for life. Thanks!!”

“Let me start off by saying that I don't regularly shop at boutiques, but this place was so chic, so clean and organized and has such a friendly staff. The clothing is fashionable and colorful and even their dressing rooms were stylish. Jen was so friendly and attentive when I walked in. She helped me pick out a couple items that I didn't even realize would look so good on me but she definitely had a good eye. She made my experience one to remember. “My kids wanted to come here and I offered to drive because gas is so pricey and to make their lives a little easier. They are located about 1 hour from where we live but it was definitely worth the trip coming down. We arrived a few minutes before they opened and went inside right after the door was unlocked. It's not a very large store but they have quite an extensive collection of products. One of my kids was looking to possibly get a pair of boots and they carry Demonias (sp¿).My other kid was looking for a couple of outfits for an upcoming date.We went through all the boots and the only pair that was truly of interest wasn't available in their size so we opted to wait on those. My other kid on the other hand was able to find an outfit that they were happy with along with a couple of corsets. In the end they also bought some patches.The store has quite the variety of clothes for anyone especially if you are looking for something Goth or alternative. At my age I wasn't looking to buy anything but I did see quite a few things that I would have considered 40 or so years ago.Prices are right in line with what is expected for this type of merchandise so we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of employees there who were actually very helpful when I had questions for them. Check out was really easy. I can guarantee you that my kids will be back here for more products in the future.”

Erik Peterson, my rep, is incredibly knowledgeable and doesn't try to change the way I like my cloths to look. I saw a jacket the other day on a video, called Erik, and he came to my office that day. I showed him the video and asked if they could make that jacket for me. That was no problem for them. They are even getting me the buttons I wanted for that jacket. You can't go wrong with Tom James as your clothier.”
