“It was my first trip to the new 711 near me. The store is kept very clean and the evening associates are always nice. They are always friendly and ready to help you find what you need. Thank you!The associates that work during the day however, are very impersonal. They hardly even acknowledge me on Christmas day. I would have expected much better. My experience on New Years Day was a much better one. The associate greeted me and wished me a Happy New Year. Thank you!!Thank you for responding to my review. My visits to the store have continued to be good ones. Thank you!My experience today was awesome (3/9/21)! The Sales Associate who cashed me out even greeted me by name which made me feel like a valued customer. The pizza was pretty good too. Thank you?”

“I needed help at the photo desk. I'm not a "techy" and the gentleman was extremely helpful. The cashiers were also friendly and I'm sure with the business of the holiday season to encounter pleasant helpful cashiers is a blessing”

“I had a wonderful experience at Walgreens on Parr Drive in The Villages, FL today - thanks to an outstanding employee who was courteous and handled multiple customers and tasks with ease while still making everyone feel acknowledged. Nariya’s efficiency stood out- she moved quickly without seeming rushed, and handled everything accurately. She was able to multi-task effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. She demonstrated that she really cares about her job and it showed! Employees like this make a difference and are a big reason I will continue to go back.”

“The Walgreens on Mulberry could not fill my prescription. When I called on Thursday, I was told it would be here today. It wasn't. They said this Walgreens could fill the prescription. I called this Walgreens, and they were very polite on the phone and had my prescription done promply. Great service and people skills.”

“Walgreens availability of personnel is so much better than other stores. Someone helped me immediately in the photo and cosmetics department. Walked me through each step on my APP that I was having trouble navigating and showed me how easy it will be in the future. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends”

“I had dropped off a list of 11 prescriptions yesterday - all to be refilled in the next 3 months - 4 were due immediately. The four due were filled within 24 hours; I am very grateful. Today, I was greeted by Kaleigh (?) with 3 Rx ready - she told me they were short of pills required on the last one. After I told her I was out, she had the pharmacist give me what they had. Kaleigh then took my information for secondary insurance and got it into the system; bring my cost to $0. Kaleigh should be complimented for going the extra mile in taking care of my needs. Everything always goes well at Walgreens. Prescriptions are ready when promised and associates help locating products.”

“Best quality service I have experienced in a very long time. The drive thru moves consistently and the personal take the time to verify your information. I literally save $30.00 today because someone cared enough to look at my insurance and verify it required updating. Thank you ?”

“Cant beat a 7-eleven, always a great spot to pick up a quick drink or snack. They have great pre made snacks and meals for the road, aswell as an easy to use car wash drive thru. Make sure you check out 7-eleven merch if they have it!”

“I am in the Villages for 2 months. I called the Walgreens on Bella Cruz today and the woman who helped me was incredibly helpful transferring my prescriptions from up north, to the Villages. In addition, I changed my prescription drug plan in Dec., and she was able to pull the new drug plan and my Medicare info up on her computer. I called at 3:30 and she told me I could pick my prescription up THIS afternoon! I was worried when I picked up the phone to transfer my meds and edit my drug plan, but I hung up the phone 100% happy and relieved. This lady knows what she's doing. The wait time to get through to the pharmacist was long, but well worth it. Grab a book or play a game on your phone while you wait. January is the busiest month for pharmacies cause of all the Medicare changes. Be patient. These folks are good.”

“My experience at Walgreens is almost always great. The clerks that I deal with are friendly and warm. But there’s one whose name is Gail who is really superb. She was handling my request at the drive-through and then just mentioned it’s time for your Covid. would you like to come in and get it? There’s nobody here right now. You wouldn’t have to wait and I took her up on it and I went inside and got the Covid test lickety split and that’s the kind of store I want to be affiliated with.”
