His kind and happy personality is so infectious that I look forward and hope he’s working when I go inside for something.I don’t even mind when it’s busy there because he works hard to clear the line and still gives personalized attention to each and every customer.Being a “local guide” I tend to view what other local guides post, just to see if they tend to nitpick or are generally a dissatisfied person/customer all around with negativity on most or even all their reviews.I wish Google reviews would tweak this because there are many people that will never be pleased with any service or business, no matter how they try to please them.It’s been so challenging during this last year for everyone with this pandemic. We’ve all had to re-learn how to do everything but it’s been much more challenging for our businesses. They’ve had to rehire and retrain employees, not to mention trying to keep up with sanitizing, literally everything in the store as well as restocking. The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades.
