“Curtis in customer service is by far has the knowledge of the products he is selling to his customer's, we had a virus in one of our phones he handled it in less than too minutes and activated spam shield which we had no idea how to activate it, he is a highly qualified customer service representative for your company and this is one person who should be moved up in your company as he represents your company if a professional manner and has total knowledge of your products.”

“This isn't a bad store to shop in and have a good shopping experience. Unless you're there for sports cards or Pokemon cards, lol. My son and I don't usually go to the Walmarts or Targets for Pokemon drops because of the hassle we have buying the products. I get it that they limit the items to a specific limit per customer but they should absolutely follow their own papers they have hanging in the card section 👌🏻. Their limit notice is two items per UPC number , NOT just one item and that's it. ( if you buy one Pokemon product , that's all you can have ) Come on managent get on the Ball 😉😂😂”

“Both Larry and Dylan were very helpful when we needed to obtain two new phones to replace our outdated ones. Larry facilitated the order, and after the phones arrived, we visited the store and Dylan completed the transition and setup. He was very patient and wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied. As we are not super-techy, Dylan said to come back any time with future questions that we may have, as they would be pleased to help. We much appreciate their knowledge and GREAT customer service!”
