The employees are so very gracious to help you find an item, they will stop what they are doing and go get your wanted item (won't get that service at a Walmart superstore). Everything is located at the customer's convenience. I recommended shopping the Colony Plaza Publix on any given day. “Love Publix pharmacies. My physician called in my scripts and the store was short on one of the scripts. Knowing that I needed the script, the Deaton store contacted the Publix pharmacy down the street and confirmed they had my scripts in stock and transferred the order so that I may receive both scripts this evening. I didn’t even have to ask. They offered to take on the task. Most places would have told me to wait until the next day. That’s excellent customer service. Thank you for caring and taking the time to make sure I had access to my scripts. I know how busy you all are. ❤️”

“The staff at this Publix pharmacy is super friendly. When I went in tonight, Zach knew who I was before I gave him my name. I guess I'm there too often?? lol He went above and beyond tonight. I was picking up two prescriptions, but I didn't realize one of them that was always free was no longer free. I didn't have the money for both prescriptions and he went online and found a coupon for me, which brought it down to where I could get both prescriptions. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I appreciate you Zach!! Thank you!”
“Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals, and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way, it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities where Publix opens a location are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location for that matter and I give it five stars.”
“As stated in reviews for other Publix locations, I like them as a chain. I like the colors, decor, and lighting, as opposed to Save A Lot which is dreadful. Publix is always clean and well- stocked. The staff are all cordial. So they must be well managed as these things were true at this location, as they are at Magnolia or Lake Deaton. This one is near the crazy busy Lowe's, so convenient if you are going there.”

“Neat and clean Walmart Liquor store. The employees are cheerful and helpful. WOW! They have alcohol ice cream. I was able to taste it yesterday and could not believe how good it was! The bourbon chocolate cherry tasted like a cherry mudslide! Smooth and cream ice cream as well! You can't miss the freezer it is to the left as you walk into the liquor store! I am going to keep some pints in my freezer! Eating my liquor and loving the ice cream too!”

“We had a great experience at the Publix Super Market. The store was clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with fresh produce, meats, and everyday essentials. The layout made it easy to find everything we needed, and the aisles were wide and easy to navigate.
Customer service was a standout. The staff were friendly, attentive, and ready to help at every turn. One employee even walked us to an item we couldn’t find something you don’t see often anymore. The checkout process was smooth and efficient, with minimal wait time.
