“I wanted to say how wonderful the family is at Ace Hardware here in Lake Pan. I had purchased a gallon of paint from Wal-mart and it appeared to have been sitting for quite some time and needed to be mixed. I stirred until my arm was tired and couldn't get it. I needed to go back to Walmart. If you are like me, the thought nauseated me. I decided I would stop by Ace, just in case. They were so nice and helpful. They even carried it out for me after mixing it. Awesome small town business.”

“I’ve had a few positive experiences with Pat’s Sales out of Leesburg. I’ve bought an exterior door, windows, flooring and cabinets through them for a workshop on AG land that I wanted to not look like a workshop lol. My first couple of purchases were the door and windows. All were made well and installed easily, no problems. The second was flooring. Not only was I given a great deal by Todd Clifford, the owner, but he also delivered to me in Umatilla personally for free! What a deal - and then hand carried the 1,000 square feet inside himself. Talk about service!! The last experience was the purchase of cabinets. I went to their professional cabinet person, Cheryl Bloom, who patiently walked me through the measuring process and guided me on the ins and outs of the huge decision of a cabinet purchase and layout. Needless to say I had to remeasure 2-3 times and she did the layout on her computer with a screen above her that faced me so I could see what she could see. I didn’t get but one other private company quote that came in about $2,000 more with install. Pat’s does not have their own installers but gives you a list of approved installers you can pick from or choose your own. I chose Randy Garrett from their list and WOW - what a craftsman he is at a very reasonable price. He even picked up and delivered the cabinets to me for an extra very reasonable price. There was one cabinet that came in the correct box but was an incorrect size, which Pat’s reordered and it came in within the week and Randy Garrett picked up and brought to me to finish the job. Everything came out perfect. My son has begun the flooring and it is beautiful as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services for a quality, professional and personable experience that beats the prices of the big box stores as well! I’m writing this in the night and will add photos another time after countertops are done and flooring completely in. Choose PAT’S SALES - they’re not just for mobile homes!”

They recently started doing soda stream exchange and I can say it is far and away the EASIEST exchange I have ever done. Great work as always Ace!”
“Good hardware store excellent employees always help you out when you can't find something. Not crazy about them closing so early during the week and not being open on Sunday when I find on doing my home repair and need replacement parts for whatever I'm working on it forces me to go to home Depot where it's hard to get any help when you can't find something. Most employees are only no one section IE: plumbing electrical lumber ECT. That's if you can locate one, without going to customer service and asking for help. They use the intercom to ask for an employee to go to the section where I need help. Sometimes they show up sometimes it don't. It's usually at least a 3-minute wait. More wasted time. That does not happen in your store, they find you and ask if you need help, that's the way it should be, that's how it used to be, in the olden days 20 or 30 years ago. By”
“A huge shout out the to entire staff at Ace Hardware in Belleview. I locked my keys in my work van and it was hot as ever outside. I contacted my towing service they stated it would be 2-4 hours. I go into Ace to purchase this lil tool to try and get in my vehicle while taking to my daughter in the phone telling her what’s going on. The staff over hear me and say honey we can help you they stated they have the tools to get me right in my vehicle. Baby when I say I was in their shouting in Ace Hardware when the young man came from the back with the lil kit. And the staff were praising him with me. The young man went outside and got me in my vehicle in less than 3 minutes and baby I was outside praising God me and the step came outside to help me praise God.. … I will always be a loyal customer of Ace Hardware.. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐. It makes me feel good to conduct business with individuals that aren’t afraid to praise God regardless of who is around..These employees are an asset of this business.”
