“Custom Classics Collision did a wonderful job on my car repairs.
Brian and the owner, Tyson, were very thorough in determining what repairs needed to be done on my car. They explained all the work they would be performing. There was more damage to my car than first quoted, but Brian communicated with me and explained what needed to be completed. They even kept the damaged parts to show me why repairs were necessary.
There were numerous cosmetic damage repairs on my car. They only use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, and all mechanical work was done by a certified Mercedes technician. My car looked brand new when I picked it up 2 weeks later.
Custom Classics Collision doesn’t cut corners and does high quality work. This is the second time we have used them and both experiences have been exceptional.”

“So being the proud owner of a new 2024 Golf R I decided to try a new tuner shop in UroTuning. Unsure as to what I needed for this new vehicle since I was coming from a 2017 R which was damaged in the storms, I had no idea to what I needed to extract the same performance from this new car from what I had with my tuned 2017 R. I contacted Geoff and we slowly started working thru my goals and what expectations were. He was very knowledgeable with all levels of tuning options as well as what my expectations should be considering it’s a 2024 and certain tunes were available. We worked thru certain options and products and developed a plan for various modifications that met my ideas as well as my price points. Geoff also referred me to a great installer in Jose and after (so far) two levels of mods I am quite happy with my choice of UroTuning as well as Geoff in his knowledge as well with Jose with his installations. Definitely would recommend UroTuning especially Geoff as a salesperson and Jose and his shop for an install!”

“Overall very happy with my service advisor and quality of workmanship. Had oil & filter, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, both differential fluid exchange, brake fluid flush, and valet. Only issue was limited on using dealership coupons. Could only use two. Saved $600, but missed out on another $100 worth of coupons. Sales tax calculated before coupons applied. Still will return to BMW of Wesley Chapel for service.”

“Got my car’s paint fully redone and had my windshield swapped out with them after having leaks and near-total paint failure, they did an excellent job. Good itemized price, thoughtfully explained to me. Jeremy and Jacob were helpful throughout the whole process and provided great service. After two weeks, everything has held up perfectly. “i just moved here from ny to flordia and i called and talked to larry on the phone- he reassured me and answered all of my questions till i felt comfortable to come in. i came in very unsure, talked to a nice man named christian. he came out, checked out my tires which are all brand new- and took it into the shop for me. there was a nail in my tire, and they patched it up for free. i’m VERY grateful for them and all of their help. i will DEFINITELY be coming back here if i have any other tire issues!!”

The parts department has great prices through their online parts portal, and they've been very helpful and patient with fielding multiple orders for hard-to-find old and obsolete Toyota parts that are in dwindling supply, as well as been very understanding with returns. The service drive also rose to the occasion of an unusual request when I brought them loose suspension parts that needed servicing, and they did exactly as I requested, with careful consideration of the delicacy and rarity of the parts. “My Z06 had some damage on the bottom of its front splitter which I needed repaired. Upon arriving I was greeted by very friendly staff and had the pleasure of dealing with Nando. He did an excellent job walking me through the process and provided me with a great quote. He made great conversation with me throughout my time at the shop as well and I truly felt like a valued customer.
They did an excellent job with the repair. It was completed quickly and efficiently. Now my splitter looks the way it did when I first bought the car! I would also like to add that Michael's communication via email was excellent and always prompt. Whenever I need any auto work done, this is the spot I'm coming to!
