“Normally, the Ace employees will check down the aisles seeking to assist customers. This day, they(3) huddled down the main aisle, talking among themselves and watched the customers walk buy. One other employee did stop to assist. This may have been a off day when the owner, manager or supervisor was not around. If it was not for the one attentative helpful hardware person, I could have mistakingly thought I was at Walmarts.”

“Great place to find S4S, S2S hard and exotic woods. I go there for Red Oak but they have Maple, Ash,. Cherry, Teak, Mahogany, and several others I have never heard of. They also have dimensioned Cypress. Highly recommend stopping by for yourself. They also maintain lumber prices on their website.”

“Coffee bar is better than other distribution centers. Front end also works the back end and pull orders for you for some reason, so you can wait in an empty lobby for upwards of 10 minutes before you can place an order, making service slower than average”

They got everything they got snacks over the front sometimes employees are like MIA you can’t find them anywhere but you know what if you know what you’re looking for. It’s a really good store. “Great clean nice store.. I walked in and they right away asked if I needed help finding anything then when the manager came to help me he actually took me over to the section I was looking for and personally helped me pick out what i needed. Very helpful, the cashier was cool too. He signed me up for a rewards account but asked if I identify as female which I kinda took offense to like clearly I am female. I know people identify differently nowadays but if I was working and the question came up id go with my gut instinct not sit there and ask the person.”
