My sales representative, Rand Rich, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I specifically asked him not to use high-pressure tactics, and he fully respected that — which immediately built trust. His understanding of the features, trims, and options was excellent, but what truly stood out was his background as a mechanic, which allowed him to give expert insight into the engine, transmission, long-term maintenance expectations, and overall performance. He was patient and let me test-drive the Passport on two different days, compare models, and ask as many questions as I needed.
When I was ready to move forward, I worked with General Manager Jim Lebeau, who was just as easy to work with. After a bit of negotiation, he offered a fair savings off the MSRP and a reasonable trade-in value for my almost 15-year-old vehicle. The paperwork was quick, electronic, and efficient, and they clearly explained the warranty, service plan, and next steps.
I absolutely love my new Honda Passport and am enjoying learning all the new technology and features. It’s been less than a week, so we’ll see how the ongoing maintenance and support go — but based on this experience, I fully expect to be satisfied.
