“I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2026 Honda Passport at Starling Honda in Titusville, Florida! From start to finish, the process was smooth, informative, and completely stress-free.
My sales representative, Rand Rich, was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I specifically asked him not to use high-pressure tactics, and he fully respected that — which immediately built trust. His understanding of the features, trims, and options was excellent, but what truly stood out was his background as a mechanic, which allowed him to give expert insight into the engine, transmission, long-term maintenance expectations, and overall performance. He was patient and let me test-drive the Passport on two different days, compare models, and ask as many questions as I needed.
When I was ready to move forward, I worked with General Manager Jim Lebeau, who was just as easy to work with. After a bit of negotiation, he offered a fair savings off the MSRP and a reasonable trade-in value for my almost 15-year-old vehicle. The paperwork was quick, electronic, and efficient, and they clearly explained the warranty, service plan, and next steps.
I absolutely love my new Honda Passport and am enjoying learning all the new technology and features. It’s been less than a week, so we’ll see how the ongoing maintenance and support go — but based on this experience, I fully expect to be satisfied.

“Do yourself a favor and visit Parks in Titusville.
Had a rough experience at another dealership in Melbourne and almost went to Orlando. Parks in Titusville had the SUV the wife and I were interested in so we took the chance.
I have to say it was a nice experience, except for the fact it was a rental vehicle. Not sure I would have purchased had I have known. Dylan was a complete professional, even showing care to my previous experience. There was NO back and fourth they made an offer, I countered and then a fair offer was presented. We were in and out in about 2 hours. Fresh wash and a full tank of gas.
Not sure about the Service Department as I have only had the vehicle a week. I will however need to have service on the Lane Assist (it is saying service required).
Again ASK for Dylan for a no stress experience.”

“I just received a hood and nose piece for a 1969 Barracuda and they arrived in very good shape! I was concerned about shipping having read of other's issues so I went as far as sending foam corners with duct tape and a $20 tip asking them to wrap the corners. It came shipped in their normal process with cardboard corner protectors which proved to be adequate plus they returned my cash! The nose piece was bubble wrapped and they even added a few of my foam corners to it. Communication was excellent and the parts arrived here in Colorado three weeks after I placed the order. I have to say the hood is a very high quality piece and will require very little body work to paint it. In case you weren't aware, the inside has a finished panel with two areas left exposed for insulation. This is for a bolt-on, six-pack hood, I don't know if the lift-off version has an inner panel or not, it does have a steel frame but is 6# lighter so it may not be finished on the inside for racing purposes. The transition where the inside and outside panels meet is seamless and the bolts line up perfectly. I'm planning to do carbon fiber vinyl wrap instead of paint and it is good enough as-is with a few spots that need just a touch of light sanding. If you have any doubts, don't, they make a very nice product.”
