“What fantastic customer service! I ordered two items to be shipped to the same address. Both were addressed the same. One arrived (the awkwardly sized one) and the other was rejected. They called me and asked to verify the address, and understanding I was at a transient slip in a marina, shipped via a different carrier (at their cost) to attempt the delivery. That one was also returned to sender (still don't know why). They called again and apologized for something not their fault and asked if there was another way to get it to me. I was at my wits end so they offered a full refund. Tough to find attentive customer support anywhere EXCEPT Hodges Marine.”

“I no longer have T-Mobile as my carrier, but when I went to Verizon (my current carrier) for help with my device, the Verizon rep said they don't troubleshoot phones they only sell them. upset and with no other options, I took a chance and went to the t mobile store directly down the street from my verizon store, where I met with a T-Mobile representative Mark, who helped me fix my phone problem even though I was not currently a T-Mobile customer. Mark took his time to listen to what the issue was and quickly resolved my phone problem. If it weren't for T-Mobile and Mark at the Citrus Park T-Mobile Store I wouldn't have known what to do. as soon as I can, I'll be moving back to T-Mobile from Verizon.”
