This T-Mobil team knows their stuff and couples their great customer service with efficiency and patience. Thomas, Cherie, Matthew, Ishaan, and Justin are assets to the T-Mobil company. I had a few issues with my phone, and they knew what to do at every turn. I had actually visited TWO other locations in a single day and was NOT satisfied with the service I was receiving. I walked out of both more perplexed than when I went in. After leaving the other two locations (New Tampa/ Bruce B. Downs and Hilsborough/Armenia), having received wrong information, I drove out of my way to the Lutz location. My issues were solved immediately and accurately. I will only be dealing with the Lutz location from now on even though the other location is 3 minutes from my house. Go Lutz T-Mobil team, and continue to represent the excellence that I know the T-Mobil company upholds!”

“I wanted to write this review to give HIGH PRAISE to Gerald Frederick at the T-Mobile, Citrus Park Mall! Gerald is the type of employee that every company could only wish for! I came in with a phone that already had been replaced and was now coming in to replace it, again, for a different model, so I wouldn't have to deal with the problems it was giving me for over a year. Gerald really listened to the whole situation and offered me a replacement I couldn't refuse. I left VERY happy, but then when the bill came in, I was being charged, when I shouldn't have been. I called Gerald and he IMMEDIATELY said he would honor what he promised me. He couldn't put the credit through right away, but said he would call within a month to do it!! To my surprise Gerald actually called earlier than he said he would and actually put the credit through!! To get Customer Service these days is a REAL SURPRISE!!
