“So, these phone companies are no different than Airlines… you can say, this one is terrible, I’ll never… but the fact is we need this stupid devices to run our lives. Yesterday I was a 20+ yr ATT customer and have had an iPhone since the 1st day they went public19+ yrs… but ATT has become to detached from their customers and frankly do not value loyalty. Mercedes and the team at International Plaza provided a rarity these days, Customer Service with solid knowledge and experience coupled with a good promotion, earned my Personal and Business accounts and I recommend, if you’re tired of the run around on the phone or worse, going to an in person store only to have the rep pick-up the phone and go through a menu tree, I recommend you see her team and have them guide through the process and see it through to the end!
