Secondly, I wanted to say how amazing Etsube was at helping assist my mother and myself in updating our phones, tablet, and smartwatch. She was able to clearly explain why we should transfer a line to Verizon and helped my mother understand the benefits over other providers. She also made sure everything was done properly and correctly, which made the whole process much easier.
I have been with Verizon for around 16 years and could not be happier, and my mother just returned. This experience really reinforced why we chose Verizon again.
I would recommend everyone to this store and would highly recommend asking for Etsube. Not only is she friendly, but she also helps break down a stressful process into a simple and great experience.

“I switch from Verizon to AT&T last month. They are sending me a reimbursement to pay off my device. Hector, the sales manager, helped me and he was great! Hector handled everything easily for my switchover.
He gave me his cell phone number when I sent my final bill for the payoff so I messaged him to check on my reimbursement this month and went back for a new charging block, which he graciously to help me with.
