“I came to get my camera lense fixed and franky ( the owner) was Very personable, kind and honest. When beginning to work on my phone, it was my Camera lens protector that cracked and not my actual camera. I was so relieved but at the same time he could’ve easily lied and said that they fixed it, but he was 100% honest from start to finish and I truly appreciate honest people. Thank you again franky.”

“Easy to book. In and out in 45 minutes. The rep I spoke to was cordial and efficient. Hopefully I won’t drop my phone again but if I do this is where I’ll get the repair.”

“Went yesterday to trade in my iPhone 14 to a 17 pro max. Sam helped me while also helping 3 other people at the same time very efficiently, and even lowered my bill! I’m really happy I was almost considering switching companies before he helped me”

“I am very impressed with the service I got at the drew street cricket. Both young ladies that were in the store today were very knowledgeable, I was in and out of there within one hour, I had to get a new phone and they transferred everything over to my new phone from my old phone very, very impressed. I actually went to the store up in Palm Harbor since it was closer to my house and waited outside for almost 45 minutes for them to open up. Apparently whoever was supposed to work today, never showed up for work, so I drove down to the drew street one and I am very happy that I did.”

“I am writing this review for AT&T at their Countryside location. Please note AT&T offers two choices. Corporate store n franchise stores. I only go to the Corporate store which is what the Countryside is. Ask for either Lydia or Victor. I assume that the other employees who work there are equally as knowledgeable as Lydia or Victor but I’ve only dealt with those too. STAY AWAY from the franchise stores. If u add any additional services, products or whatever it will become a billing nightmare You have been advised. Even if a franchise store is closer to u you’ll probably regret that decision due to the problems it could create”
