“I needed a new phone, wanted a 16 pro, Jeff suggested a 16E which was a few hundred less. Got that phone and my wife took over my 10xr. He did the upgrade and transfer. Then also got home internet for another location. He explained everything about it and what to do. best thing was he gave me a new Apple ID which was perfect (inside joke). If you go to Duck Slough location, ask for Jeff ! If your a golfer , that is a bonus.”
