“Stopped by to mail a $9 Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope. Unfortunately they didn't have any supplies of Priority Mail Envelopes. The employee asked if it was for a $14 Priority Mail and I replied that the cost was about $9. Not sure why the employee/owner thought it would cost $14. The employee/owner told me I needed to visit a US Post Office so I went on my way after leaving a review to help others that may think they can easily mail via Priority Mail from this business”

“Hands down my preferred UPS location. I cannot say enough good things about the crew who works here! I am in often for work and have always seen a smile on their faces even when they are visibly busy. Even with a line in my experience, the wait is never more than 5 mins, even during the holidays. This particular location really spoils their clients with their delightful customer service and willingness to help. Recently, I returned a box that was just a bit too big for me to move alone, no problem at all for them! They helped me get the box out of my car and carried it inside! I would love to gate keep them for myself but they truly make this task much easier!”

“I've always had a great experience here with getting things notarized and never a problem. And a small charge to use tape and other items that the company is paying for keeps other costs down. If you read a bad review here that's on the person because I have never had a bad experience here most of the reviews are amazing so I recommend the store!!!”

“I don't know WHY the reviews for this location are low! I had a great customer experience.Stopped in to send a fax to government agency; I was greeted by BOTH the associate on duty and the Manager in a very friendly manner. I was given a fax sheet as both were assisting other customers. When completed, my fax was submitted & I was given a confirmation sheet that the associate felt was "a little light" on the ink and he asked immediately if I needed it reprinted. In my humble opinion, that is great customer service. The store was spotless; stocked with pens, stapler, tape, eyccc. Card selection was plentiful... what else does the customer need?I highly recommend this location for all UPS shipping and any office needs.”

Victor is a Blessing, full of joy, he is friendly, super efficient, and goes above & beyond with each guest. I have been in and unsure of what I am doing/needing either with a return or if sending a package overnight. He asked all the needed questions while also being sure to advise of all options. “On February 8, 2024, I visited the UPS onNorthdale Mabry. I have very little knowledge of technology and required help with getting through a fingerprinting process. There was a young man in the establishment named Mitchell who took time to assist me with the process. His supervisor, Jaime, came over, as well and assist with completing the process. These young gentlemen took time to invest in me getting this done. I must say that I had tried for three days to get this fingerprinting done with no success! So, today, having these young gentlemen take this time to help me really restored my faith in mankind. These two didn’t have to stop to help. But, they did. Thanks again to Jaime(Store Manager) and Mitchell.Mildred P”
“I've been working with this location for over two years and I cannot say enough about how friendly their staff is. During the pandemic - knowing that I am high risk - they offered to bring my mail to my car so I limited exposure. When I have a business parcel to be mailed or tracked, they treat it as their own.While so many companies feel like they just don't care, this store takes the time to make you feel like they value you as a customer.
