“We have a Ricoh printer at our office that was never properly set up. After calling many other businesses and them telling me they do not work on those type of printers or told me they would come fix it and never showed up, I spoke with this company and within an hour they were in the office and set it all up for us very quickly. He also taught me how to set other peoples computers up to it so that we can do it ourselves. Very, very helpful and super nice.”
“I arrived 5 minutes before opening on Monday morning. I needed to mail a medical test package ASAP as directed by my doctor and the test company.

“I work for a very fast paced Property Management Company, with deadlines everyday and often without notice. Printing Depot comes to my rescue as well as those of my co workers more times than I can count daily. Never have they let us down and have often driven to our office from theirs sometimes as many as 3 times a day. There have been days that they have literally saved my sanity. Recently, I had a project that needed to get out the same day, 300 units, 10 pages. Gail, she is wonderful as are the people she works with. She was short staffed that day and said that she would not be able to meet my demands that day, but she would take the packets home and fold them by hand over the weekend and I would have them on Monday. Thank God she did not need to do that, before the end of the day my notices arrived. I highly recommend Gail and her team at Printing Depot. They are Amazing!! My score 10 out of 10. ~ Cassie G.”

“I frequent the UPS Store at 36181 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor quite often. I have always had an excellent experience and today was no different. I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. Maeva, jumped right in and helped me navigate through my Amazon return process and within no time, she had the return switched to UPS saving me time and frustration. Not only is Maeva knowledgeable, she is engaging and caring. Thank you Maeva for helping me and exceeding at your job!”

“After a string of bad luck in this area, I was really happy with my decision to use this locations services for shipping and printing. They’re warm and smiling when you approach and that alone just seems rare in customer service these days. I honestly feel like customer service has taken a dip and been replaced with arrogance and rudeness. But not here. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like the people here were condescending or pushy. They were knowledgeable, made great decisions, and by the end of the short exchange had already started using my first name in conversation. That’s A+ service in my book.
Let me just say this. When you’re nice to your customers, they will spend more money and give you more business. I will make sure friends and family use this location for their services moving forward. This has been a great start of the day for me. Thank you.”
