“I frequent the UPS Store at 36181 East Lake Road in Palm Harbor quite often. I have always had an excellent experience and today was no different. I have quite a few Amazon returns that were to be returned through a UPS Stores. Unfortunately, I had mistakenly selected Whole Foods Store on one of my returns. Lucky for me, I was fortunate enough to have Maeva helping me with the returns. Maeva, jumped right in and helped me navigate through my Amazon return process and within no time, she had the return switched to UPS saving me time and frustration. Not only is Maeva knowledgeable, she is engaging and caring. Thank you Maeva for helping me and exceeding at your job!”

“After a string of bad luck in this area, I was really happy with my decision to use this locations services for shipping and printing. They’re warm and smiling when you approach and that alone just seems rare in customer service these days. I honestly feel like customer service has taken a dip and been replaced with arrogance and rudeness. But not here. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or felt like the people here were condescending or pushy. They were knowledgeable, made great decisions, and by the end of the short exchange had already started using my first name in conversation. That’s A+ service in my book.
Let me just say this. When you’re nice to your customers, they will spend more money and give you more business. I will make sure friends and family use this location for their services moving forward. This has been a great start of the day for me. Thank you.”

“I had to ship back a large chair and was shocked when the return cost came out to almost twice what I paid for it. The person running this UPS took one look at the situation and immediately counseled me on an alternative approach.
They could’ve taken the business and said nothing, but instead they looked out for me. That kind of straightforward, customer-first service is rare. I’m grateful for the help and will keep coming back to this location.
