“This U-Haul location has it together! Had my u box dropped off here, it came 7 days early!! They put it inside their unloading area where I had so many days to unload it. It was so simple to use one of the many carts they had available to take my personal belongings from the U box directly to my storage unit or my car. The building was very clean, well lit, easily accessible right up to the front door, never had problems with enough parking, and in 1.5 years the elevator to the second floor was down for a few days. I can't say enough about the efficiency, accessibility, and ease of using this U-Haul had been in a moving and storage transition.”

Ashely's location on Madison did not have one available, but she took the time to find me what I was looking for, and she found another location only a couple miles away and reserved the truck for me for today! She was very patient, personable, and should be commended for taking the time to help me (without me even asking), especially when she is getting nothing in return.
