“I like this storage facility a lot. The Staff make getting settled in, or even transferring for less hassle and an uncomplicated process to do. It's well kept and is clean every time I've gone up there, showing they take pride in their customers and their comfort level. That's a plus to me. The prices aren't too costly for the sizes they offer and the units are pretty roomy to meet whatever storage space you might need.”

“Doug made this van rental super easy! Called to reserve a van on Saturday for a Sunday rental and I was in and out like a flash. Doug even came with a little hand held blower to blow out any sand that gets tracked in from their dirt path. I would definitely recommend this establishment.”

“My experience was very smooth. I paid for the truck through my phone in the morning and picked up the truck later that afternoon. The whole buying process was very easy and well laid out. They made sure the truck and the keys were ready to go. The instructions for how to pick up the truck and keys and how to drop them off were very easy to follow. I'm not sure why so many people are complainingIn summary, great, fast, and easy service. If you can follow directions, your moving process will be stress free.”

“The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor.Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.”

“Wow! I expected to have an ordeal renting a truck for moving. Instead of a hard time, I received amazing service. The gentleman named Terence was efficient and friendly, and was super competent. He was even able to process the truck rental even though a squirrel in the lines had knocked out the power and caused the computers to go down. Terence was able to complete my checkout using paper and a phone call to the central office at Penske. Rather than sitting around, he figured out what to do and got it done. The truck was huge (a 16 foot) and reasonably priced and ran great. I can't say enough good things about this office.”

“We picked up U Haul equipment from a different location in Tampa but had little help from the gas station owner and noticed a chain was missing to secure our car properly. We brought the truck and trailer to this location and were assisted by Will and Faith who took great care of us and got the trailer secured. It gave us peace of mind and we can't thank them enough!”
