“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!
I called and took me to a VM, left my message and few seconds later got calls, which I was not able to pick up, my bad, then I got a text message and they worked with me very fast and professionally, this is a great team and customer service!
By the way, the number that reached me via text had a flag with a note saying that it was possible a call from someone called “Amber”. Who ever is, this person looks like they is a true natural serving person. Kudos to Amber!”
“The staff was very polite and helpful.
The only negative thing was that we tried to get the uhaul originally on a Saturday and the system was down. Again, the men there were patient and tried for over an hour to manually get my information in, but I ended up having to reschedule for the next day. That was pretty upsetting, and apparently it is something that tends to happen?”

“Wow! I expected to have an ordeal renting a truck for moving. Instead of a hard time, I received amazing service. The gentleman named Terence was efficient and friendly, and was super competent. He was even able to process the truck rental even though a squirrel in the lines had knocked out the power and caused the computers to go down. Terence was able to complete my checkout using paper and a phone call to the central office at Penske. Rather than sitting around, he figured out what to do and got it done. The truck was huge (a 16 foot) and reasonably priced and ran great. I can't say enough good things about this office.”

“Had a very questionable experience with another U Haul location in St. Pete and eventually made my way to this location on very short notice.Having driven through a typical late afternoon Florida monsoon of a storm for almost an hour and a half I was somewhat hesitant about going in.End of the month and the place was packed with customers who were probably at the end of their own wits yet it felt so much different than any previous visit to U Haul ( especially the St. Pete location that I just visited).Was greeted by a gentleman who asked me what I was there for and he immediately sent me to the proper line and I was greeted by an amazing and enthusiastic young woman who welcomed me and explained that she was there to help and that she would be doing the installation of my hitch.She took my keys after we signed the paperwork and told me that she would get right on it. I went outside after a few minutes and walked around the lot and sure enough she already had the vehicle up on the lift and was well into the project.While I waited I was greeted by a gentleman who apparently was a manager who was not only polite but very friendly and knowledgeable and understanding of my frustrations with the previous location.Less than an hour and I was on my way and had a professional installation completed.KUDOS to the entire staff and management of this location. If you want true customer service and satisfaction then make sure you get this location for all your moving needs and more.”

“Loved the self service but the equipment I needed was not in the truck which caused me to have To spend more money on gas, miles and a Dolly from Home Depot. Not to mention I was still charged for the Dolly with U-Haul and I would like a refund for that plus the additional mileage that had to be used due to false advertisement.”
