The delivery experience was outstanding. I purchased my washer and dryer on a Wednesday at 4 PM and they were installed the very next day by 6:45 PM. The delivery team which included Luis, was careful and respectful, taking care not to damage door casings as the appliances were a tight fit. Their attention to detail was impressive.

They greeted me and showed me various options for washers and dryers for my home and gave me upfront pricing and quality guarantees. They even gave me a great deal on delivery and installation. “1/25/2026--Another quality part ordered from Goodman's--the blade for my 30 year old blender. Yes, shipping was $10 (which, remember, pays for the cost of picking, packaging, and shipping). Comparing the cost of ordering from Goodman's compared to Amazon? Only $4, and I knew I would get an OEM part from Goodman's. One never knows what one will get when ordering from Amazon; the company selling the part on AMZN is outside of the U.S. I received my order in a timely manner, and it fits perfectly. I will always order my small appliance parts from Goodman's.
Previous review: Goodman's sent a glass replacement pitcher for my 30 year old Oster blender. I received it in a timely manner. It appears to be OEM as it has the Oster logo on it. Goodman's had the best price of all companies that stocked this pitcher.”

“I’d like to give a 5 star review to Eddie who was working in the bath department on 5-19 late afternoon. My daughter and I were looking for an expandable towel bar. We were discussing whether the bar would fit. Eddie came by to ask if we needed help. We told him we’d found what we needed. He suggested a way to cut down the towel bar in case we found it was too long. Problem solved and purchase made. He didn’t have to stop, but we truly appreciate that he did. He had a lovely, friendly, warm energy that made our trip to the store so much better! Thank you Eddie- great job!”

Taimi immediately introduced herself to us and showed me the showroom of the brand I was interested in. She guided me through the options and finishes. I had NO idea there were so many small decisions to make but she helped us through it all. She was able to find a great deal on a tub that was a floor sample and put together all the items in an easy to understand quote. Even down to the towel warmer for the wall.
