Like most nurseries in the area, I wish they carried more native plants but they have a beautiful selection and I find their plants to be healthier than at other places.”
“I recently bought a machete at this facility and I order a washer machine check up. The washer machine service was expensive but on time. The whole thing went in the wrong direction cause I did a negative statement about the quality of the machete. The owner answered me in a very disrespectful way staying that what I said was no true base on the fact that he sells this item to professional gardening personnel and they don't complain. I told him that I didn't use it in a heavy-duty project, but it lost the sharpen edge. Again he discredited me as a customer insinuating that I was inventing the story. I an not the only one here saying that this business owner is rude,disrespectful and no professional at all. I will write letter to Echo canyon to review the franchise they”

Service is impeccable, you deal with the owner directly, a good looking and friendly lady sitting at the cash desk. She is obviously both knowledgeable and gives one free advice on one's projects.
