The coisinha de queijo was crispy outside and soft and cheesy inside, super comforting. The empadinha de frango had a buttery, crumbly crust with a well-seasoned chicken filling that tasted homemade. The quibe was nicely fried, flavorful, and not dry at all. My favorite was the tapioca de carne e queijo — soft, filling, and perfectly balanced between the meat and melted cheese. The market itself is well stocked with Brazilian products, snacks, and drinks you don’t easily find elsewhere, which adds to the charm. Simple place, great flavors, and a very genuine Brazilian vibe. Highly recommended if you’re craving authentic Brazilian food or want to explore Brazilian culture through food.”

The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
