The quibe was nicely fried, flavorful, and not dry at all. My favorite was the tapioca de carne e queijo — soft, filling, and perfectly balanced between the meat and melted cheese. The market itself is well stocked with Brazilian products, snacks, and drinks you don’t easily find elsewhere, which adds to the charm. Simple place, great flavors, and a very genuine Brazilian vibe.
