“State Farm has always treated my family well. I typically don’t posts reviews, but made an exception today because of the outstanding service that was provided to me by Regina. She has always treated me more like family than a customer. Quick story - while processing my title transfer for my car I had completely forgotten my proof of insurance. The tag agent was ready to turn me away which meant that I couldn’t finalize the transfer for another 2 weeks. As a last resort, I called Regina and found out that she was out of the country on vacation. I figured that it wasn’t meant to be, only to be pleasantly surprised with a text and an email a minute later from Regina with the proof of insurance that I needed. Needless to say, she saved the day. That is what I call excellent customer service and the reason why I took the time to leave this shining review of Regina. Thank you!!”

My most recent experience with Krystal since summer this year , has been the kind attention to the new developments with citizens on two of our properties. She has gone the extra mile . She is a valuable asset to the team .
Mary ,as well, is highly missed when she is not there to answer with her famous line “ How can I make your day better” . It is all about a positive and helpful attitude which the two ladies possess and for which they need to be recognized.
Previous posting also recognized the kind assistance which Ana Quiroga has provided to my husband while paying our many premiums directly by check at your State Farm Bernie Carr Agency for all of our many insurance coverages over the years. .This recently changed as Jacky Acevedo , Team Leader, kindly assisted us in correcting duplicate payments that had been made during the online account setup . Jacky made it possible for us to have autopay on the homeowners , cars, life insurance,, personal liability and umbrella policies going forward. Meeting discussions were held with Jacky and Ana on the process of how each insurance plays in the coverage process works from homeowners, to rental, and then the umbrella insurance. Understanding policies and ensuring best premiums with so many insurance policies now held by your agency , makes the customer service experience so necessary for the continuous relationship we have enjoyed with your agency for so many years.”
