“The employees here are wonderful! Such a great selection of toys, puzzles, games, Legos, jewelry, squishies etc for children, the list goes on! Such a good sized store front. They even do free gift wrapping!!! It’s hard to find ANYTHING free in today’s world let alone employees who are willing to wrap it with a smile. They even have an area in the back with a few things for the kids to play with and my 2 year old did not want to leave the play diner area. Now, I saw people in other reviews talking about pricing…this is clearly a privately owned business, in the heart of UTC, where everything is expensive. So you can not expect Walmart pricing at this store. They pick GOOD children’s toys to stock their store with & it’s a small business, so the pricing reflects that. We will 100% be back, & whether it’s for your own child or gifts for others, this is definitely a place to go!!”

“I have a 10 year old Xbox One with Kinect but not an avid gamer. I understand that some Game stop stores are falling away like Blockbuster, so it was convenient to find this one. Small store but was packed with stock and quite many used games. The young lady who assisted me with options for age appropriate rpg/co-op games was surprisingly knowledgeable about the older games.. Which I got a couple for cheap. Quality of the used discs were excellent. Store recommended.”

“Today we took our 3-year-old for her traditional birthday Build-A-Bear, and we had the sweetest employee help us. I’m kicking myself for not getting her name, because she made the entire experience so special for our daughter. We’ve done this in previous years, but we’ve never had an employee make the experience feel quite as magical as she did today. I really hope her manager sees this and knows what an amazing employee they have! She deserves to be recognized.”

“Was in a bind looking for a phonics book I needed to replace for my daughter’s class. I called this past Sunday afternoon and the associate was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. I’m so grateful for the help, and it’s extraordinary that a store I used to go to as a kid in the 90’s is still around and serving the community with such great service all of these years later.”
