One other employee did stop to assist. This may have been a off day when the owner, manager or supervisor was not around. “Coffee bar is better than other distribution centers. Front end also works the back end and pull orders for you for some reason, so you can wait in an empty lobby for upwards of 10 minutes before you can place an order, making service slower than average”

“WILFRED IN THE PLUMBING DEPARTMENT is AWESOME! I’m pretty limited in my knowledge of anything re plumbing. Mr Wilfred is always so helpful and with such great attitude. Today I came with a list of plumbing items necessary for a job I’m having done, which were foreign to me. He helped me with all of it—went isle to isle, and even took the time to explain what they were for. He definitely saved me a whole lot of time.

“I actually sort of wish I could buy half the store for myself... and probably most of the other half for my husband. There is so much stuff to look at... I feel like I see something new (to me, at least) every time. They have useful things for not a whole lot of money... on top of tools and garage stuff, there's stuff for watch repair, jewelry making, gardening... multi-packs of CA glue. We are glad to have this store around the corner, it's nice to have am Amazon alternative for some things.”
