“Yes, they are more expensive than their big box competitors on most things, but the experience is night and day. I didn’t make it 20 ft in the store and I had 4 people greet me and ask me if I needed help with anything. In 2026 that is literally almost gone. And shocker, they could actually answer questions and give good suggestions. What a pleasure. Please don’t sell out to private equity and lay everyone off.”

“i love that they actually stock things you cant find at the big box stores. got a weird sized washer for an old faucet i almost gave up on the staff knew exactly what i was looking for though. the parking lot is a nightmare on weekends, it gets super cramped and tight. price is a little higher than home depot but youre paying for convenience and actual help. just wish they had a couple more registers open when its busy, standing in line forever kind of kills the mood.”

“So I came here to get some nuts and bolts and some lightbulbs and some bug spray and some also other products that I can’t remember the time, but the people are helpful and I was able to find what I needed so that’s what makes a good store right people to help you when you find what you need and then like you know what if I need other stuff they had other stuff they even had barbecue sausage was going on cause I didn’t see any steaks to put out, but I guess I gotta get my steaks at another store, but they had the grill to cook so that was very helpful”
“honestly we stopped by on a whim and it turned out to be the best part of our whole trip. bartender was super chill and actually remembered our drink order from the first round which never happens. the bbq nachos were stupid good im still thinking about them. id drive the 40 minutes just to come back for those.”

“Coffee bar is better than other distribution centers. Front end also works the back end and pull orders for you for some reason, so you can wait in an empty lobby for upwards of 10 minutes before you can place an order, making service slower than average”
