“I had backed into a post with my 2015 Grand Cherokee and the lower rear quarter panel appeared quite damaged and scraped. The guy I talked to looked at it and told me that a 100% restoration would be quite expensive, but that the scraping might just be paint transfer from the post and that the panel could probably be "bumped" back into place. He spent a quarter hour cleaning up the scrape and, when he was finished, the damage looked "fixed" and was not readily apparent. I told him that I wanted to pay for his efforts but he refused any payment. I will bring any future work to this shop, and will recommend them to people who need auto body services.”

“JSN in S. Venice is the best! I am on the road constantly on my job and had emergency a week ago with my 2021 Ford Ranger. Because service dept. at Ford dealership in Nokomis, Fl. was not open, I made a call to JSN and not only got someone on the phone but had my truck in the shop the following morning with a diagnosis and solution & good advice. I was told that because of the issue with my less than 3-year-old truck that it may be best to see if Ford could help to save me money and time. I did just that and not only did they not want to stand behind their product/issue, they charged additional diagnostics fee (which was more than JSN for the same information) but missed the appointment they had scheduled and committed to me. I made a call back to JSN and within min. had a price, game plan and commitment and they followed through with all of it!Folks, if you are in this area, don't waste your time elsewhere especially with dealerships that charge twice what local companies charge - CALL JSN!!!! Jeff, Bradley (supervisor) and Erlan (technician) will not disappoint and will make you a customer for life!!Service: Transmission”
