I called Mobility Source and Bob came over at night with a rental chair. However he was able to identify and fix our problem in about 2 minutes! He is honest and personable - a great combination. “If I could give 6 stars I would. The lady who helped me there (sadly I didn't catch her name) was the best car rental agent I have ever dealt with. I arrived 2 minutes before advertised closing time, and even know she had already locked the door and was surely ready to go home, she opened the door a greeted me politely. I explained that I had a rental the was supposed to be dropped off at a different location but I wanted to drop off there. She told me no problem, I'll help you. She then asked me if I had filled the gas, which I didn't because I was running super late. It would be $9 a gallon if I just left it. She waited for me to go down the street to the closest gas station and fill the tank (saved me $60). When I got back she told me she will take care of all the paperwork for the rental change and even said there won't be any additional charge. Thank you again to who helped me. That was hands down the best rental experience I have ever had. Please support this business if possible”
